Corporate performance management

CPM is the continuous process in which the achievement of goals, or the delivery of performance, is controlled with the ultimate goal of realizing the strategy. This not only focuses on financial goals, but also on the internal process, on the customer and on innovation and growth of the organization: the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. A term used to describe the methodologies, metrics, processes and systems used to monitor and manage the performance of a business.
