Business Case
A concept from project management. The business case describes which strategic objectives the project contributes to and which relationships exist with other initiatives on the project calendar. The project risks have been described and analyzed. The business case provides a good picture of the scope of a project, required resources (people and resources), the schedule and of the qualitative and quantitative benefits to be realized by the project.
